Customer Care Representative - Now Hiring

Job Description Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more. Individual will be answering 75-125 calls a day. Skills & Qualifications: Be proficient on computers (typing score over 40 WPM). 6+ months customer service experience Hours * Monday- Wednesday 8am-5pm * Thursday - Friday 8am-6pm. * Every other Saturday 9am-noon. (Will get a half day during the week when work on Saturday) * NO SUNDAYS. * Opportunities for bonuses in addition to $19/hour pay! This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable company!
