Budget Coordinator- Contract- Remote

Stratfield is seeking a Budget Coordinator to join a reputable Atlanta company on a part time basis. This role will sit on their IT team doing budget analysis work for technology spend. This person will be responsible for processing invoices, assigning charge codes, and checking invoices for accuracy.

This is an ongoing, part-time (20 hours per week) contract opportunity. This position will be remote and working Eastern Standard hours. Candidates must be able to work on a W2. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze invoices.
• Check for discrepancies and errors.
• Assign charge codes to invoices so they are properly reported.
• Work within systems set by the team to properly track spending by the IT department.

What is required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget coordination or budget analysis.
• Experience with invoicing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
