Job Description Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) enables businesses of all sizes to run their workloads on our industry-leading cloud infrastructure. Compute is the foundation on which OCI is built; developments in it have a huge impact on our customers and Oracle's business and are visible at the most senior levels of leadership. The OCI Compute Product Management team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who has a passion for building solutions that ensure OCI is the best place for our customers to run their workloads. As a member of the team, you will be the General Manager of your space and own the complete lifecycle of products you launch into it, from definition and design through market positioning, pricing, and go to market strategy. You will work directly with our customers to understand their business needs now and into the future. You will partner with our engineering team and influence technical designs and ensure they stay laser-focused on building the right solutions at the right time. You will ask difficult questions and drive decisions that define optimal customer experiences. Product Managers wear many hats and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and are expected to lead largely by influence. On a daily basis you'll work directly with our customers, partners, software vendors, and operational stakeholders to define an ever-evolving product roadmap. You will be able to speak authoritatively about our customers' business problems and how the roadmap you've defined will lead our customers to success and ensure the growth of OCI's cloud business. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Product Management experience Demonstrated ability using data and metrics to drive decision making Demonstrated ability leading by influence Demonstrated ability handling multiple initiatives and prioritizing appropriately Demonstrated ability presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong verbal and written communications skills and experience presenting to senior leadership Sound judgement and ability to "read the room" Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based products and/or technology MBA Oracle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Colorado Pay Range: from $93,700 to $193,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. New York City Pay Range: from $101,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Washington Pay Range: from $113,400 to $204,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
