RCS Corporation has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to work remotely in California. Minimal of 5 years of experience is REQUIRED
Job Description:
Manage Accruals data capture for CCM South Coast Valley
- Consult/Advise the Business Finance team regarding PO statuses (available funds and PO aging statuses)
- Lead the finance clerical team with Invoice validation & discrepancy resolution tracking
- Lead the finance clerical team with ensuring validated invoices are processed accurately in timely manner
- Consult/Advise the QA clerical team in job close-out tracking (Review aging / Go-backs scheduling and statuses)
- Consult supervision team to track and capture Work Authorizations statuses and data
- Consult Field Engineer team regarding job scheduling and completion tracking
- Change Order assessments
Build and Analyze Captured Accruals Data for reporting to Business Finance
- Weekly Accrual Report Updates
- Monthly Journal Entries for PO’s that might require them
- Monthly Accruals Reporting and Data Logging for all PO’s
- Prepare Accrual Owner’s monthly and quarterly certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
