Remote-Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for owning the product roadmap, as well as developing and guiding strategy around features and functionality that align with the company vision and goals. They gather and identify market/customer needs and pain points to address and translate into actionable requirements for development teams. The Product Manager delivers solutions that delight customers who use their digital product.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Required
o 4 years Bachelor's
Preferred
o Certified Scrum Product Owner
o Certified ScrumMaster
Related Experience: 4-6 years' experience in product management in a digital environment. Strong communication and
presentation skills with experience engaging with senior leadership.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
Sign off on features before launch to ensure they meet acceptance criteria
Communicate release details to all business stakeholders prior to deployments
Document new features and drive adoption of new features by educating business users of new functionality
Foster a product culture of constant learning by seeking out, organizing, and using customer feedback to drive the future roadmap
Ability to identify market/customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks
Ability to work productively by engaging others across departments and aligning communication and documentation
High level of initiative and desire to persist through obstacles/ambiguity
Prioritize the backlog based on business value with consideration of all business stakeholders
Convey learnings into well-defined user stories for development team to execute
Drives success in agile teams through ceremonies
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
Analytical thinking with a strong desire to use data to back up assumptions
Identify opportunities and areas of development

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS:
General work area is indoors, in a smoke-free environment with controlled temperature and fluorescent lighting
Exposure to noise distractions from employees or equipment operation in adjacent work areas
Infrequent exposure to cleaning and building materials
Parking is provided directly across the street from building
