WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) Regional Senior Manager (RSM) acts as a thought partner and primary execution counterpart to the Regional Practice Area Leader (RPAL), Business Management Director and the broader leadership team, providing support, guidance, and expertise to help develop and execute the commercial and people agenda in the region.
The Practice Area Senior Manager (PASM) also co-operates closely with the other PA managers and the global TDA management team in support of NAMR- specific and other global priorities.
The PASM also acts as a liaison to other global and local functions at BCG such as the People team, Staffing team, Recruiting team, Finance, Client team, Mobility teams, staffers, DEI / Women BCG, etc.
Specific responsibilities include :
Business development and execution support :
- Establish ongoing, early visibility on commercial pipeline using Clientview, working with industry and offers squad leaders
- Own-end to end ongoing and ad-hoc business reporting needs
- Act as a go-to-person / expert navigator for proposal and case teams with commercial / content needs
- Support NAMR TDA client prioritization and planning activities
- Liaise with Sr. Finance Manager on business trends and projections tied to pipeline and available capacity
Manage full scope of Digital upskilling programs
- Digital Rotation Program
- LEarning and Development
Regional Practice Area Leaders / BMD specific engagement / communications
- Develop strategic plan for PA meeting / communications agenda and content
- Establish cadence and regular lines of communication & touchpoints to LT / MT
- Engage directly with LT / MT on incremental / new topics and agendas and where there are opportunities to further build out PA value prop
Other Responsibilities :
- Work closely with TDA BMD and PLA Sr People Manager on recruiting, people processes, CDC and prep for meetings and performance evals (PDPC, ODC)
- Work closely with System Capability Talent Management team on pipeline / demand connection to capacity and staffing needs
- Collaborate with the global BCG TDA team for supporting and driving various global projects and priorities
- Lead one global PA work stream in collaboration with other regional managers such as People processes, Commercialization or Business Insights
- Line manage potentially multiple direct report
- Collaborate with the global BCG TDA team for supporting and driving various global projects and priorities and drive regional coordination of global PA management issues with GM and PAC
- Collaborate when needed with TDA KT on Knowledge management within the region
- When necessary, take on project leadership in high-ranking BCG Tier 1s with TDA content and other topic advice
- Contribute to practice area projects globally
- Line manage 1-2 Direct Reports

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- University Advanced degree and demonstrated high academic achievement, strong preferred
- Project management experience
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Outstanding communication skills, across all levels of seniority and in cross-cultural contexts
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
