The Role:

As an E-CAMSECURE Financial Analyst Accountant, you are part of the an at the ECAM headquarters, which we send out to clients Nationwide. Your role will vary as our Team members are multi-dexterous - A strategic focus, while improving efficiency, is key to the Finance team's support of the larger organization. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate looking to be part of a growing business. As a member of our E-CAMSECURE team, you will have the chance to work with dedicated individuals.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to produce and assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Basic knowledge of accounting (full cycle) – AR, AP, GL
• Assist the Director of Finance and Senior Accountant in the preparation of daily tasks, monthly/yearly closings
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
• Work closely with teams and individuals to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information or any other tasks assigned\\

What You'll Need to Bring to the Table:

• Strong educational background 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• 1-3 years of previous Financial Analyst / Accountant experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures – full cycle
• Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously, both orally and in writing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v lookups)
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Dynamics or Win Team experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Detailed-oriented and excellent organizing abilities
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Be a strong individual contributor with attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines with an entrepreneurial spirit.
