Customer Service Representative

Reasonable Insurance Group is an insurance brokerage that was founded by agents, for agents. RIG is searching for a talented Customer Service Representative who is looking for an opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Do you have experience in member care, customer care, customer service, or experience in a call center? If so, you’ve found the perfect job! We are hiring candidates with any of the following experience:

• Customer care experience
• Member care experience
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Administrative jobs
• Retail experience with customer interaction

Please note, this is not a remote position. We are only looking for South Florida applicants that can work 9am-6pm Monday through Friday at our Pompano Beach location. Please do not apply if you are unable to physically work full-time at our location.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Member care or other healthcare related experience a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Performing introductory calls to welcome new members who have enrolled in an insurance policy
• Perform all tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager and other Back Office Managers
• Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review
• Providing structured and timely recommendations through verbal or written feedback to agents, leadership, and training staff
• Work hand-in-hand with the Member Care department to ensure that any issues are addressed
