What are we looking for?
BetterHelp is looking for a Marketing Creative Coordinator to join our growing Creative team. This person will manage the delivery and execution of various marketing assets and processes. This includes requesting and submitting invoices, tracking and routing contracts, and delivering creative files to their respective stakeholders.

Ideally you are highly organized, detail oriented and meticulous about your work. An ideal candidate is not only passionate about campaign success and executing on tasks, but also further developing operational efficiencies, optimizing processes and stepping forward to take ownership of campaigns and creative.

What will you do?
- Work with members of the creative team to manage new campaigns, including contracting, invoicing, and asset delivery.
- Route creative assets to last-mile stakeholders including sending videos for captioning, getting ads approved by the compliance team, and tracking license expiration dates.
- Act as a quality assurance stakeholder in our creative process, proofreading for errors, checking file sizes and ensuring assets meet our standards.
- Work with graphic designers and external agencies to manage deadlines for new campaigns and creative assets.
- Embed yourself in our creator advertising, executing deals and managing logistics for new deliverables.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a detail-oriented coordinator role. (preferably at an agency and working with influencers)
- Basic knowledge of marketing operations including contract management, invoice processing, and deadline tracking.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms including Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- An exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
- Great written & verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
