The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working closely with internal 84.51� product owners and business users to understand requirements, translate those into test cases, execute those test cases, and track progress and defects for testing.
Work closely with product owners and business users to review and understand requirements specifications.
Develop test plans and test cases to ensure requirements traceability.
Execute test cases are regression test cases and document results.
Document and track software defects and ensure that they are resolved properly and in a timely manner.
Work with product owners and business users to discuss requirements questions.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure coding standards are being followed and determine the right solutions for resolving defects.
Assist in user acceptance testing.
Establish and document testing processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the role as a QA testing analyst.
SQL knowledge
Experience in quality assurance testing of new and existing software and passionate about quality.
Be able to manage and coordinate multiple testing projects simultaneously.
Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Desired Skills
Experience in using automated testing tools is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
Local to Cincinnati, OH would be nice but most team works remotely!
