Our focused research, services and products include complex DevSecOps solutions to support refugee processing across multiple federal agencies, research and development for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), Data Analytics, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) development and sensor capabilities supporting both the aerospace/defense and intelligence communities, as well as complex HHS comprehensive care coding requirements, and integrated management systems for our countries civilian agencies (FAA, FDIC, HOR, etc.).

Overview
Devis is currently seeking an experienced Project Control Analyst to support international development and refugee assistance efforts conducted by the Federal government in Rosslyn, VA.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Direct all financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and financial reporting
- Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solutions
- Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
- Provide daily supervision and direction to staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in similar work
- Experience with Budgeting and Financial Reporting
- Experience with report writing
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems(EVMS)
- Experience with maintaining compliance with Federal regulations and contractual requirements
- Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, V-LookUps)
- Clear and concise written English (technical writing experience)
- ITIL experience (desired)
- PMP/CAPM (desired)
- Unanet Experience(desired)
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or other relevant domain, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. AA 2 years relevant experience, HS 3 years relevant experience)
Clearance Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Secret Clearance (already acquired or able to obtain)
