Overview

Collage Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of culture to drive brand growth at a time when America is undergoing a seismic cultural transformation.
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the development of the complete software development process from conception to deployment of our world class data and insights platform.
They will work closely with the leads from product and US and will be a key voice in solutioning complex workflows and user experiences.

You will set out to build upon our next generation frontend user experience, connecting it to, and enhancing our backend data ingest pipeline.

What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Other duties as assigned

What you have done

• 4-6 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• Strong experience developing desktop applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web serves (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent organizational skills with a great attention to detail and an analytical mind
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
