Do you have previous sanitation managerial experience? Aerotek is hiring Sanitation Managers for a full time position!
Description:
-Set expectations and monitor performance of direct reports; take action when warranted.
-Manage attendance, scheduling and discipline of direct reports.
-Lead and oversee the development, implementation, review and maintenance of the firm’s SSOP program and SQF System
-Lead resolution of micro deficiencies (Environmental Monitoring Program) occurring on night shift
-Identify gaps/opportunities for improvements specific to food safety and quality (i.e. sanitary equipment design).
-Set goals for sanitation specific to QA (pre-op and micro) and monitor performance
-Create and own the execution of the master sanitation schedule
-Organize and lead weekly sanitation meetings in conjunction with Operations
-Monitor SSOP, pre-op, and Environmental Monitoring Program; report on trends and take action when warranted.
-Maintain good relations with USDA inspectors.
-Encourage safety by insisting on a clean safe working environment, and that all employees are following prescribed safety procedures,
-Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
-Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF Systems. Informs Management of any food
Skills:
Microsoft office, Haccp, Sanitizing, Sop, Cleaning, Sanitation, Gmp, Industrial cleaner, Janitorial duties
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Microsoft Office skills are a must
Master Sanitation
SOP development
Managing 1 supervisor, 3 Leads, and 22 Sanitizers
