This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newer department in a well-established company, A new customer service department has opened and candidates with strong customer service skills are needed, Call Center Associates are responsible for maximizing inbound and outbound call opportunities by providing world class customer service and products offered by subsidiary companies to new and existing customers, while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and products. In addition, our call center is responsible for evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems to 100% customer satisfaction with one call resolution
Job Requirements:-
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a work from home/remote environment
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, ownership, and sound judgment by adhering to schedules
- Gather and accurately document the pet's medical information and schedule appointments in an effective manner
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner
- Go above and beyond to provide stellar customer service to pet families and our veterinarians
- Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards, scheduled break times and work deadlines
- Other duties may be assigned to the employee to ensure the highest standard of customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Position is answering calls and helping customers over the phone to set appointments.
- Excellent and writing skills fluent in English (Extra pay for bilingual)
- Good computer skills
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Performance Bonuses available
- 1 year call center or similiar experience required
