What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Software Engineer to work remotely to help with full life-cycle development from initial concept through architecture and development. This individual will be expected to be well-versed with backend, server-side programming and have experience working with AWS cloud platforms. This individual will be expected to manage and mentor a team of 3-5 developers across various time zones and provide guidance and troubleshooting as required. As a Lead Software Engineer you will have strong multitasking skills accompanied by strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Most importantly is you are passionate about technology and the idea of being a mentor in a highly collaborative environment.

- Strong backend development experience with one or more of the following techs (Golang, Python or Node)
- SQL
- PostgreSQL
- AWS experience
- Machine Learning
- Mentoring Experience
- Experience leading small teams (3-5 people)
