- Assistant Front End Manager
- Join the team at Eastside Food Co-op in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis!
- We're looking for a full-time team member who is visionary, hard-working and committed to community building!
- Assist the Front End Manager with the day to day running of the front end
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with all aspects of their shopping experience
- Work with the management team to determine the short and long term goals of the store
- Work with Front End Manager to provide coaching and discipline to staff members
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Previous Supervisory Experience
- Demonstrated Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills
- Demonstrated Ability to Succeed in a Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing Team Environment
- Night and Weekend Availability
