Position Purpose: Responsible for resolving technical issues and enhance the IT experience of our internal employees Windows Endpoint, IT Support Platforms, and Productivity Software solutions. Along with, mentor a group of Engineers and Analyst'.Mentor & assist leadership of the team of End User Technology Support Engineers. Focused on resolving user's technical issues and assist with knowledge sharing with team members.
Provide technical support for all computer and user related needs including troubleshooting within End User Technologies (O365, Endpoint Support, etc.)
Act as liaison with other IT support team members to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Maintain an adequate knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users.
Keep current on new developments and techniques in Information Technology
Proactively monitor the performance of user experiences/applications and make suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness with higher level tech teams with the use of Nexthink and other monitoring tools.
Active escalation point internally with Support Engineering Team and higher level support as it relates to higher level support (VIP and advanced Support Teams).
Leading proactive support measures with problem remediation and ticket trend identification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding and/or experience with Agile Development Methodology.
  • ITIL 3/4 or equivalent certification(s) would be a plus.
  • Detailed understanding of Windows OS and endpoint platforms, including configuration management (Physical & Virtual).
  • Act as a technical mentor to the team to help expand and improve the knowledge needed to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Advanced proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong people skills to include communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of core IT infrastructure systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • General knowledge of common end user productivity software (MS Office, Zoom, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Be process oriented and results driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that embraces change.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional IT teams throughout the organization.
  • Customer Centric understanding and approach to developing IT solutions.
