Global Innovation Project Strategy Manager

Alphanumeric is hiring a GLOBAL INNOVATION PROJECT STRATEGY MANAGER to work remotely with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

There currently are rapid changes in the HIV R&D + product landscape which will transform the patient experience in the coming years. ViiV will be at the forefront of enabling this globally.

Key innovation themes for the HIV treatment and prevention fields will include both product and services advancements enabled in part by leveraging new opportunities in the digital health sector. Our Global Commercial Innovation team is looking for a Program Strategy Manager to manage and support strategy development for our innovation process in digital health. This role would be assessing what the digital health future for HIV may be in and support our innovation activities today to prepare for future states. It would be expected these innovations result in global firsts for the HIV field - redefining the patient experience for millions over the next 10 years.

• Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to manage the day-to-day innovation process to identify, prioritize new innovations in digital health for ViiV and support development of pilots for new innovations. Specific focuses include digital health in U.S., and potentially applications of digital health to Global Health markets.
• Helps prepare business cases and presentations and help solutions teams as needed - for review by senior leadership.
• Actively track and assess external innovations and partnership opportunities in digital health as a function of commercial need.
• Engage with external organizations at the frontier of digital health innovation in order to identify partnership opportunities for ViiV. Can include optional conference attendance.
• Cross-functional coordination across ViiV and work with specialists such as legal, procurement, etc. to set-up new programs and new frameworks for innovation process internally.

Experience/Qualifications

• Junior/mid-level - maybe 10 years out of college with a year or two of consulting, some digital health and project management experience.
• Pharma industry experience.
• Life Science and or Digital Health experience
• Consulting background in life sciences, at least 2-3 years would be an advantage
• Degree can either be business or science - Bachelors in STEM subject required, MBA preferred
• Remote role, but somebody in Seattle would be perfectly located.
• Experience with relationships with internal stakeholders - 50% is building relationships.
• Must be able to adhere to established deadlines and priorities.
