We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Program Director who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our programs team working alongside the Owner s staff, you ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You ll manage and provide program leadership and management and oversight of a large K-12 program and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.

As the onsite Program Director, you ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the program, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope, and safety of the team. Your role keeps our company connected and we ll support you with what you need to be successful.

Here s What You ll Need
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • 18+ years of project manager experience including program management of large K-12 programs of $500 million or more
  • Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
  • Ability to work along side our client s teams at their offices
Ideally, You ll Also Have
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification preferred
