Senior Director of Shared Services
Our client, a growing Cleveland-based middle-market company, is seeking a process-oriented Senior Director of Shared Services with experience in a high-growth environment.
THE POSITION
The Senior Director of Shared Services will be responsible for designing and driving the centralization and standardization of key functions that support internal and external clients. This includes:
- Strategy formulation, organization design, and prioritization of all related initiatives and decisions regarding people, process and technology
- Designing and executing a plan to transition functions from local locations to the centralized team
- Problem solving with the ability to identify and proactively make recommendations while working under tight timelines and with senior audiences
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must possess:
- Five+ years of senior level leadership experience with a customer focused organization
- Strong knowledge of strategy development and execution, business processes, and data flows
- Strong call center experience to include the design and leadership of payroll administration, customer and client problem solving, and inside sales team processes that support business growth
- Strong leadership skills - manage, coach and mentor employees
- Ability to drive change management
