Customer Service Representative II - Now Hiring

Express has multiple openings for Customer Service Representatives - full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire!  We have clients in the Miramar, Sorrento Valley, Poway, Lakeside areas that are looking for experienced individuals with organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients.  

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

• Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers; recognize needs and resolve issues
• Strive to provide resolution at first point of contact, avoiding call transfer or call-backs
• Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific customer needs
• Maintain and update customer-related information systems through accurate and complete data input
• Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate

What we look for in Customer Service Reps:

• 1-3 years' previous experience in customer service or related positions
• Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel), type 30+ WPM
• Effective telephone skills; pleasant and professional phone presence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• High School Degree/GED.  Associates Degree a Plus.

Pay Rate:   $17.00 - $20.00 (depending on experience)

Schedule:  Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (start times may vary)
