- Specific Duties: Set up, adjust and operate crane equipment safely.
- Reports abnormal conditions of equipment to supervision.
- Observes all safety rules and regulations and keeps work area clean and orderly.
- Pay attention to continuous traffic of co-workers and tow motors moving throughout the shop.
- Moving raw materials such as steel plates, cut parts, and parts/material from outside shop.
- Job Requirements: Reliable/Dependable Strong Mathematical Aptitude.
- Strong Hand-Eye Coordination Open minded and willing to learn company process.
- Willingness to work any shift.
- Ability to follow instructions provided by supervisor.
- Experience with plate hooks and magnets is a plus.
- Physical Requirements : The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situation.
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.
- The ability to stand continuously throughout the duration of the shift.
- The ability to withstand working in varying temperatures.
