Requirements

The primary responsibility is to assist our delivery leaders and our Head of America s Delivery with day-to-day business requirements including
  • Supporting strategic delivery initiatives
  • Managing reporting requirements
  • Coordinating between key business stakeholders within the region and globally
  • Managing business communications in collaboration with Marketing
  • Promoting Corporate Responsible Business initiatives including Diversity programs
  • Providing as-needed support and facilitation for key initiatives.
  • Operate at a tactical, strategic and operational level as Chief of Staff working closely with the Head of Delivery in a global Delivery organization of over 3000 employees.
  • Articulating and translating strategy with effective presentations for Executive Leadership.
  • Providing process clarity and streamlining business processes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of corporate standards and policy
  • Promoting innovation and creative solutions
