We are currently seeking to hire a National Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing, motivating, training and developing current and new affiliates/distributors to drive company revenue.

Position: National Sales Manager
Position overview
The National Sales Manager role is a management position that is vital to the overall success of the NPUSA business.
This position has a heavy emphasis on recruiting, training, motivating affiliates/members and implementing the strategies/training necessary to help build and retain the teams within their organizations.
In this role, you would be responsible for:
� Conducting recruitment and sales presentations to effectively grow the company s membership, sales volume, and customer development.
� Overseeing the organization's sales plan in concert with the CEO, COO, and Strategic Assistant to the CEO and issue periodic reports outlining the progress.
� Promoting the Elevate campaign and Pentadigm leadership strategy to build a leadership team.
� Developing and properly managing national sales budgets.
� Conducting training for the product, business opportunity, organization development, and leadership.
� Traveling within specific geographic target markets for affiliate/member support based on identified regional activity.
� Meeting projected and reasonable sales and recruiting goals based on the NPUSA business plan.

� You have the experience, ability, and high energy to build membership and grow sales.
� You are an effective communicator, a superior motivator, and are detail and goal-oriented.
� You are able to professionally present information to top management and large public groups.
� You are tech-savvy and are a user with social media.
� Have the ability to resolve conflicts between other members of the organization.
� Possess strong follow-up and organizational skills.
� You can visualize objectives; plan activities and actions for yourself and others required to accomplish objectives; collect data, establish and draw valid conclusions.
� You are highly productive and flexible to meet the demands of a Japanese-grown startup business model and growing company in the US.
� You have a certain degree of Networking Marketing/MLM experience in recruiting, leadership and coaching.
Examples of how these skills will/may be utilized include
� Developing detailed sales methodology.
� Developing sales and sponsoring tools for affiliates/members by working with the Marketing department.
� Recruiting key leaders for affiliate/member organization.
� Conducting business opportunity and training meetings.
� Communicating, motivating, and following-up with key affiliates/members
� Attending all major NPUSA events such as Leadership Retreats, Conventions, Incentive Trips, Monthly CEO Trainings.
