Financial Services Teller

SEEKING A FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for finance service-oriented individuals, who are self-starters and eager to make a positive impact on their organization! This position would be with a well-known Financial Institution in San Diego, CA. The Financial Service Representative will provide prompt, professional and accurate information to members and potential members. They will remain knowledgeable and assist with tasks such as opening new accounts, securing loans, as well as cross-promoting products and services to meet members' needs and increase member satisfaction.

Description:

• Interview members and potential members to determine their financial needs and aid in selecting appropriate products and services.
• Cross sell products and services to members by assisting or referring the member to an appropriate representative.
• Participate in the sales program, contests, telemarketing and meetings.
• Accurately track all referrals/sales.
• Provide an exceptional service experience consistent with our institution's standards; resolve member complaints quickly and accurately; respond to member inquiries on the phone and in person.
• Responsible for keeping current on all policies and procedures.

PAY: $20 - 24/hr (Bilingual applicants a plus; additional compensation available)

START DATE: March/April 2023

LOCATION: Mission Viejo, CA

SCHEDULE: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Occasional Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Training is 2 weeks, ONSITE, at headquarters located in Mira Mesa, CA.
