Speak directly to customers, managing large amounts of incoming emails via Zendesk and social messages via FB and Instagram; Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through warm, empathetic communication; Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution; Track feature requests; Process refunds; Keep records of customer interactions.
