Customer Service Representative I

Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I position to be based out the Rutherford Quarry, in Murfreesboro, TN .

The successful candidate will be a motivated, coachable, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills – able to learn computer dispatch system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks. They will perform general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures; requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, including Saturdays.

Job Requirements:

• Operate scales in dispatch and delivery of products or material
  
• Answer customer calls
  
• Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as payable, payroll, etc.
  
• Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities
  
• May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience preferred - but not required
  
• High school diploma required
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
  
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  
• Must provide valid I9 documentation of worker eligibility
