Assists in administering the system (Fleet Focus M5) for the Commonwealth’s Automotive Fleet. Employee assists the M5 Division Manager with current and future M5 development projects, analyzes data and trends, troubleshoots, and serves as a technical point of contact. Serves as a liaison between the Bureau of Vehicle Management and various state agencies on monthly commute usage entry issues.
As the Business Analyst 1, you will research, troubleshoot, and resolves system problems, research, aide in implementation, and test system upgrades, and learn to develop, conduct, and coordinate system training on an as-needed basis.
This position will act as first point of contact for day-to-day requests including password lockouts, new user additions to M5, M5 error receiving and either handles or forwards to best resource to resolve issue, develop general fleet reports and other reports, and help to develop and maintain work methods, policies, procedures and end user manuals.
This role also prepares monthly database for tracking the current month’s commuting entries, purging last month’s data, importing this month’s data from prewritten Crystal Reports, running and distributing various reports to end consumers, tracking errors, and other activities related to tracking commute usage entry.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, in office for 2 or more days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
