FULL_TIME
Who we are:
Kicksaw is a tightly-knit team of smart, energetic thinkers, dreamers, explorers, and problem-solvers. We offer world-class Salesforce implementations, data migrations, process optimizations, tool integrations, and data sourcing/enrichment services that boost our clients' revenue teams, and we have fun while doing it.
About the role:
Do you love technology and are persistent in your drive to find the best possible solution? Do you thrive in an environment where new challenges are the norm? Are you interested in microservices and APIs? Do you like to roll up your sleeves and get cracking on in-depth business problems? If you answered yes to these questions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join the Kicksaw team!
As integration specialists, we understand Salesforce as a platform. But we often find ourselves reaching for tools outside the SFDC ecosystem to solve particularly challenging data problems. Sometimes we're working on projects that don't involve Salesforce at all! We are engineers first who flex our Salesforce skills when required. As one of the first few engineering hires on a team of 60+ revenue and marketing operations professionals, your day will be filled with tech challenges. You will help shape the foundation of the culture as we double in size over the next year.
Hard Requirements for the Job
NOTE: This job requires Salesforce experience
We're looking for strong engineering professionals, so we're not trying to throw out an alphabet-soup of the technologies you know. Instead, we're looking for, broadly speaking, a strong engineer who's worked in the Salesforce ecosystem. However, if you've never worked in the SFDC world, please hold off on applying.
So please use your judgment when applying for the job. The sections below outline what you will do here. If you feel like your prior experience is similar but not exact, feel free to apply!
What the Engineer III will do:
Python Development: 60%
Because some integration problems are ill-suited for salesforce web services, Kicksaw will often use the AWS platform with Lambdas and Step Functions to move data between systems. A developer at Kicksaw does the following:
SFDC Work: 30%
This full-time position is 100% remote and includes competitive pay, benefits package (medical, dental, & vision), unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, technology stipend, professional development, social activities, and more!
Why you'll love working at Kicksaw:
Get in on the ground floor of a growing company with a clear vision to scale in 2022! In addition to compensation and benefits, you'll get to work with curious, knowledgeable, and adventurous team members who enjoy their work and are passionate about what they do.
Kicksaw is made up of a diverse group of lifelong learners, pioneering spirits, and creative thinkers. We're all unique, but there are certain core values that we each adhere to. They're our guiding principles, our collective "North Star," that we live by today and push to be better at tomorrow:
About Kicksaw:
Salesforce implementations, minus the headache. We're all about forward-thinking, savvy solutions, done right the first time. It's innovation the way you always dreamed it could be.
