New position for Clinical Team Lead with our Partial Hospitalization Program for SUD.
Clinical Team Lead
Pine Rest is the third largest, freestanding, mental health institution in the country. We are called to express the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by providing behavioral health services with professional excellence, Christian integrity, and compassion.
What Will You Do?
Within the framework of the organizational management philosophy, leads team/unit in daily tasks. Clinical Team Lead will act as a resource person and /or trainer for staff. Utilizes clinical skills to plan, organize and implement programs for staff and clients. Responsible to be a professional caregiver who provides assessment, counseling, treatment and gives referrals and advocacy services for person’s served. The Clinical Team Lead is also responsible for upholding the highest quality care, keeping with all standards and bylaws set by government agencies as well as Pine Rest. May provide initial interface and assistance in dealing with primary customers. The Clinical Team Lead must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.

What Does This Role Require?
- Responsible in completing and overseeing the annual performance plans on staff.
- May participate in disciplinary meetings with team members alongside and with the direction of the clinic manager.
- May be required to attend supervisory meetings
- Provides supervision of direct reports.
