The Clinical Manager will be responsible for oversight of all calls requiring clinical responses from the ORR Call Center. The position will act as a member of the leadership team to recommend technological solutions to all clinical needs for the ORR Call Center, and will report to the Project Director for the Call Center. This position will be a Remote role with up to 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage the following:
+ All clinical responses to calls involving reports of abuse or requests for family emotional, behavioral, or psychological supports and interventions
+ Provide direct oversight of all work streams related to clinical project deliverables
+ Work closely with the call center staff, ORR (client) and client's stakeholders in the execution of deliverables and services.
+ Ensure timely and accurate communication with client to ensure transparency and communication of medium and long-term project activities, outstanding issues, and risk mitigation
+ Enforce uniform development and quality standards and ensure accuracy of project deliverables
+ Assure appropriate clinical responses are available through call center staff.
+ Directly supervise all subject matter experts in clinical responses
+ Review all child abuse reports
+ Provide ongoing leadership, direction, development, coaching, counseling, oversight, clinical guidance, and support to staff to ensure child welfare principles and social work best practices are central components of the Call Center
+ Provide crisis intervention and guidance to staff regarding clinical components of crisis intervention
Basic Qualifications:
+ Master's in social work or some other graduate clinically focused degree
+ 10 plus year's of experience in providing clinical interventions to children, youth, or families
+ 5 plus years' experience working with unaccompanied children or refugee minors
+ 5 plus years' experience supervising staff who are responsible for working with children and families
Preferred Skills/Experience:
+ Bi-lingual English/ Spanish preferred
+ Licensed clinical provider
+ Experience with Office of Refugee Resettlement ( ORR )
+ Experience interacting with and advising clients
Professional Skills:
+ Strong project management skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision
+ Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
+ Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
+ Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project) and MS SharePoint
+ Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$80,656.00 - $137,116.00
