SALARY: $78,400 - $88,200

ROLE SUMMARY:


The Web Developer is part of the Marketing Technology team based in St. Louis, Mo., and will be responsible for the creation, deployment, and maintenance of brand and e-commerce websites. You will be expected to scope all sites, provide recommendations, and leverage new technologies to increase retention and enhance the user experience. You’ll also be required to build strong relationships with internal Brand Managers and Leadership to facilitate updates, provide guidance, and implement strategy across our portfolio of brands.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of internal and consumer-facing websites

  • Analyze current sites and provide strategic recommendations to improve user experience and increase retention

  • Manage multiple projects at once, collaborating with agency partners on site upgrades and requested updates from partners

  • Perform quality assurance and testing for websites and new product releases

  • Re-size images, format content, and provided recommendations for optimization



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years or more front and backend experience

  • 2 + years Shopify or other e-commerce platform

  • Knowledge of the NFT space is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of website architecture as well as the following programming languages: HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery

  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.

  • Working knowledge of MySQL Databases

  • UX design experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must be local and available to commute to St. Louis office
