This position provides the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to contribute to architecting and building HPE's Cloud Services portfolio across multiple systems, platforms, and applications.

How you’ll make your mark:

• As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of cloud services and applications to solve the organization's business problems
• You will drive innovation while providing domain-specific expertise, contribute to the development of new ideas and methods, lead and/or provide expertise to functional teams, and exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for achieving objectives.
• You will work in Agile teams taking an active role all phases of development, independently or with the team, co-ordinating with internal or outsourced development partners, collaborating to ensure effective and efficient delivery, deployment, operation, monitoring, and support of the team's cloud deliverables.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• You have 6-10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable cloud services and containerized applications that run on popular public cloud services such as AWS and Azure. While you have a strong background in backend technologies such as Golang/Java, Kafka, gRPC, Postgres, Redis, etc
• You have experience with overall architecture of software systems / micro-services, and experience working with cloud technology stacks
• Interest/experience in full-stack technologies like React, JavaScript/TypeScript/Stencil.js,is a plus.
• You love working in a collaborative environment and think and operate as a team player
