The Reserves Network has partnered with a client in Sioux Falls, SD and they are searching for temporary customer service reps to work remotely. This role will be triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service for a healthcare system.
Responsibilities for the customer service representative include:
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding enrollment information, payment options and requests for materials
• Maintain confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer contact
• Maintain good working relationship with co-workers
Job perks for the customer service representative:
• Starting pay of $19/hr
• Benefit eligible after 60 days – medical, dental, vision PLUS additional voluntary benefits
• 401k fully vested on day 1 with company match after 6 months and 500 hours worked
• Loyalty bonus – get $400 for every 600 hours worked
•Schedule for this
temporary remote position is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
