We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Teams: 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm- plus overtime 3rd Shift: Monday- Friday 11:00pm-7:30am- plus overtime Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts. 2nd Shift Rate $22.00 ($19.50 plus $2.50 shift differential) 3rd Shift Rate $21.50 ($19.50 plus $2.00 shift differential) Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on outstanding performance Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Aflac, Disability and Life insurance after 30 days Wellness Incentives 401K plus Company Match, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, Personal Time Paid Parental Leave Employee Purchase Program Employee Stock Purchase Program Optional Critical Illness and Accident Insurance (AFLAC) Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required Ability to excel in fast-paced environment Post-offer background check & drug screen are required Responsibilities Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned location Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families - geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
