Job Description:
From: Anchor General Insurance Agency, Inc.
To investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto claims. Investigates and resolves coverage; determines liability; evaluates, negotiates, and settles all lines of coverage. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
A qualified candidate should possess the following:
- excellent verbal, written, organizational, and people skills.
- familiar with California claims handling regulations a plus.
- bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
- prior claims experience preferred.
- applicant should have attention to detail.
- work well in a team environment or individually.
- must have excellent customer service skills.
