SAP SD/OTC Consultant

SAP SD/OTC Consultant\n\nDuration: 3-6 months, plus possibility of extension or even conversion\n\nLocation: Fully remote. Client in Atlanta, GA.\n\n \n\nApex Systems is working with a US-based pulp and paper company to find a strong SAP SD/OTC consultant.  This person will join a team of 4 to provide functional support and enhancements, and they will also help upgrade S/4HANA from v1909 to v2109.\n\n \n\nTypical Responsibilities:\n\n\n\tDesigning and developing solutions in SAP SD; Supporting an upgrade to SAP S4 HANA 2109\n\tProviding production support to users along with delivering enhancements, and future projects\n\tTroubleshooting customer reported issues and assisting users with day to day production support\n\tGathering and analyzing business requirements; Translating requirements into functional and technical solutions\n\tCreating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation\n\tDeveloping and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user testing\n\tAnalyzing problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations; Providing SME expertise as needed\n\tPerforming root cause and impact analysis, documentation and training\n\tWorking collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources\n\n\n \n\nRequired Skills:\n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in technology related field\n\tMinimum of 6 years of experience with SAP SD; Functional proficiency and experience in designing, configuring and implementing SD\n\tStrong understanding of business processes and experience with order management, advanced ATP, pricing and billing\n\tStrong verbal and written communication; Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; Positive attitude with focus on teamwork and collaboration\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n\n\tKnowledge in ABAP debugging and troubleshooting\n\tConsulting experience or multiple full lifecycle implementations experience\n\tProduct Allocation and Backorder Processing experience\n\tSAP S/4 HANA and Fiori experience\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \nEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
