Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with machining and welding production areas to develop and optimize manufacturing methods and profitability, both in relation to customer prospects and current customers.
- Analyze customer drawings/requirements related to Tri-State Machine’s capabilities.
- Establish procedures and processes to maintain high quality standards and drive process/quality performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and skill reading/understanding blueprints, drawings, etc.
- Experience with fabrication, welding & machining (manual/CNC).
- MRP system and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required.
