Remote Credentialing Specialist

Vaco is Currently Seeking a Credentialing Specialist Job Details: Collect and maintain compliance documentation for all external employees, including copies of ID's, health and immunization records, professional licensure and certifications expiring while on assignment. Schedule and collect annual drug testing and background check annual renewals for current external talent on assignment. Add and ensure accuracy when adding and updating expiring credentials into BH front office or designated software Handle confidential information on a regular basis such as personal information Responsible for monitoring expiring credentials and communicating with external talent to collect renewed credentials while external talent are on assignment Complete weekly reporting to supervisor of talent with expiring credentials in the next 30 days. Ensuring weekly communication with external talent and applicable internal talent, noting expiring credentials in the next 30 days. ]]>
