QA Analyst 1 - Remote US

Our role as the nation's largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. Duties & Responsibilities:
· Works and coordinates with project managers and developers to understand requirements and functional specifications and ensure appropriate test coverage
· Develops a deep understanding and expertise of the different product features and use cases and enhance this with knowledge of real-world business processes and flows
· Designs, develops, executes and maintains test cases for system, regression and integration testing
· Performs installation/upgrade testing, platform and browser certifications
· Documents test execution results and log defects
· Provides feedback and risk assessment on potential defects and functional/requirement gaps
· Develops scripts for test automation
· Provides support for other testing activities as needed
· Maintains and tracks project artifacts necessary for Quality Assurance throughout the development life cycle
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in developing test plans, executing tests and documenting results
· Proven experience in testing web-based applications
· Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills
· Experience in one or more of the following tools/technologies is desired:
.NET
C/C+ HTML
XML
Relational Databases / SQL
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a QA or Business Analyst, Tester or related positions
