We have an exciting opportunity for a SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST! This is a very dynamic and versatile position that requires an outside the box thinker with superior knowledge in Microsoft programs!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support sales and marketing projects
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Manage product sample process
- Data analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Consult with the Sales team on product specifications and make recommendations
- Drive regional and local initiatives and maintain Data Quality and integrity in our CRM system
- Conduct trainings and support implementation of new business rules, system upgrades and protocols
- Ad-hoc analysis such as preparation of performance reporting or monitoring against development and other systems as required
- Any other tasks assigned within the sales support team
- Advanced Microsoft Skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Bachelor's degree is desired (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field)
- Prior Sales Support experience preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a Team environment, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, upbeat and resourceful personality!
