Classic Industries, the leader in the automotive restoration parts and accessories industry, has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team .
In this role, you will assist customers in placing orders and field calls from customers who have questions about our products and services.
The ideal customer service representative candidate should have:
A customer service mindset with a positive / outgoing personality
Effective communication, listening, and telephone etiquette skills

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with placing an order
Verify account information to ensure accuracy
Assist customers with after sales support such as tracking packages, return authorizations, etc.
Training:
All candidates experience a comprehensive, seven-day paid training program in a comfortable and professional environment so they will be fully prepared to provide our customers with excellent service
Pay
$44,000 - $47,000 annually
Pay based upon job skills and work experience
Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages.

Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Every other Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm
