Job summary
Responsible for all facets of RFP bid coordination and general sales support for Occupancy Management.
Includes performing supporting tasks within the sales team, preparing proposals, presentation materials, as well as performing basis tasks for team members and various sales and RFP response related requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviewing RFP content, identifying and documenting in-scope items including:
Services Required, Portfolio Size and Layout, Existing Technology Stack, Current Vendor Landscape, Occupancy Management specific Questions, Pricing Documents/Requirements.Continued development and management of an RFP response platform with content in well organized, logical sectionsSetting an internal Opportunity Kick-Off with Sales and the appropriate subject matter authorities to review scope, key dates and deal strategyCreation of a response strawman and population of pre-defined and approved verbiage/supporting graphicsProject lead all facets of the sales/RFP process and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all content to both internal and client partners.
Maintains up-to-date information in sales database systems.Work with marketing to build any custom presentation required for client presentations (RFP or direct)Leads the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and national/local marketing professionals, as directed by Executive Leader.Strong understanding of the Occupancy Management platform and our various products and services.
Often writes the Occupancy Management executive summary and key themes for major pursuits.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required.
2 years experience in selling role/providing support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to resolve and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.
Experience selling to retail and/or restaurant organizations a plus.

Technically savvy with solid experience using sales database systems, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook and Teams.Strong knowledge of a CRM a plus.

Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to external and internal clients.CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate s education, training, and experience.
The minimum salary for the this position is 85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is 110,000 annually.
The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate s skills, qualifications, and experience.
