Role



Come join the Experience Design team at Likewise! We are looking for a talented and collaborative designer to join our team and help us transform the way the way people discover, collect and share entertainment

Our team is focused on building next generation entertainment experiences that span multiple platforms, including web, mobile devices, and OTT

You will play a key role on our team, working closely with cross functional stakeholders in product, marketing, and engineering to define and create experiences our users will love.

Objectives



Create compelling world class experiences that change the way people discover, interact with, and consume entertainment



Work with stakeholders to ideate and envision new concepts, prototype solutions, refine and finalize designs across the web, mobile app and OTT offerings



Drive design projects from initial ideation to handoff in a fast-paced environment



Advocate for a user focused approach in developing new experiences and communications



Collaborate with cross functional teams including product management, marketing, and engineering



Help create and maintain an evolving brand and design system



Inform your work with best practices, user, and competitive insights



Requirements



Combined 4+ years of hands-on interactive, web, and graphic design experience



Experience with communications design and/or motion design a plus



Direct experience shipping consumer apps or services with a strong portfolio of work



Relentless desire to turn complex problems into simple solutions that delight users



Strong knowledge of UX best practices across devices, platforms, and channels



Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including product management and engineering to drive from initial concepts through to final handoff



Must be collaborative and thrive in fast paced environment with a bias to action in the face of ambiguity



Proficiency with multiple UX tools, including Figma



Working knowledge of Jira a plus



Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Interactive Design or a related digital media discipline strongly preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and technical training
