Job Description
Eastridge is now hiring an Inventory Specialist for one of the areas fastest growing industrial product manufacturing facilities in Glendale, AZ. This is a Direct Hire, 1st shift opportunity. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run monthly cycle count reporting in excel with analysis.
- Oversee and process the cycle count and reconciliation process for all facilities
- Run quarterly cycle count frequency reports in excel.
- Perform cycle count audits as needed.
- Develop quality focused goals and objectives.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of inventory transactions on transfers, receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with existing corporate cycle count narratives.
- Maintain inventory by location system.
- Generate and monitor daily reports of inventory flow within the warehouse including all interim storage areas.
- Audit receipts, track inbound flow, ensure timely turn on inbound. Track and audit put away accuracy.
- Monitor transfer orders to ensure transfers are complete and accurate.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HS diploma or GED – AA in business preferred
- Computer skills and Excel proficiency a must.
- Experience in an industrial /manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
