As the primary logistics contact internally, Production Operations steers the daily workflow activities within the factory, managing operations processes and people to achieve a quality output. Focused on achieving the required level of production on an hour-to-hour, daily, monthly and yearly basis, we oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations. To do this, we work with a range of internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Distribution and IT.

What you ll achieve
As a Production & Assembly Representative, you will install parts according to the build instructions and testing to ensure proper function per the customer s system specification and work with the repair team to troubleshoot systems.
You will:
- Perform chassis/cab level configurations per customer specification.
- Complete disk drive assembly/teardowns/conversions on various drive types.
- Performs periodic inventory scans and assist with cycle counts.
- Provide training assistance to other associates as needed.
- Assist in collecting requested data and communicating results to leadership.

- Ability to recognize, identify and load parts and chassis for the computer system
