Roles and Responsibilities:
Support Acura Digital Revolution project by coordinating communications, meetings, create materials to document design of customer experience and support reporting and messaging across the enterprise (Marketing/Customer Experience)
Daily Tasks:
Acura Digital Revolution Execution Team 20%
Support ADR Execution Team: confirm agenda items, capture action items, draft meeting records, draft communications.
Prepare for and facilitate Execution Team Working Sessions: topics, drive discussion, surface timely topics and ensure delivery timelines are met.
Track budget and project timeline
Prepare Documents for Budget Agile Workflow Cadence -20%
Facilitate the cadence for sprint reviews
Operate as scrum master if needed
Provide support to identify synergies and interdependencies among working teams. Support and collaborate with Initiative Teams, IT, etc. to track KPIs Customer Experience Design 50%
Support detailed design of customer experience and product features by synthesizing output from workshops
Develop materials to support change management efforts.
Develop materials to prepare for workshops and develop capture book post workshop to solidify design and share output with others
Provide support with the Mural tool
CX Department Ongoing Maintenance 10%
Provision SharePoint access, determining appropriate level of access.
Administer the RDO MS Teams Channel.
Onboard new associates, contingent workers and contractors.
Ensure ADR artifacts are current and organized (RDO playbook, onboarding material, etc.)
Highly versatile able to work in extremely fast-paced, frequently ambiguous work environment; ability to self manage.
Excellent communication skills to develop informative and persuasive business cases, presentations, and reporting.
Create supporting materials (including PowerPoint slides, illustrations, etc).
Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as mural
Experience with customer journey mapping tools such as Figma Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Curious, questioning skills to gain understanding and build support.
Adaptable with proven track record of growing responsibilities.
Able to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers as well as non-technical and technical personnel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled at questioning, using evidence to persuade.
Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple elements and stakeholders.
Ability to present complex positions and strategies for business decisions, processes and plans.
Ability to work effectively with AHM staff, IT staff, 3rd party vendor staff.
Ability to interact with other Honda company's personnel, builds strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understands business imperatives.
