  • Bringing together the right perspectives, identify roadblocks, and integrate feedback from clients and team members;

  • Managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion, while consistently keeping the client’s goals in mind;

  • Motivating and leading a team of engineers to help them achieve their highest potential while delivering value to the customer; and,

  • Guiding Agile/Scrum teams while possessing extensive knowledge of SDLC.


Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:


  • Designing, developing and deploying workloads in the cloud;

  • Architecting and developing customer applications to be cloud optimized and resilient;

  • Helping customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage AWS service;

  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines utilizing AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or via third party tools (Jenkins or Spinnaker);

  • Providing knowledge of Infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform, Bash or Powershell;

  • Providing extensive software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming;

  • Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams;

  • Virtualizing storage, network, and compute infrastructure;

  • Leading discussions with senior customer stakeholders around well architected options and trade offs;

  • Supporting the full project lifecycle including: strategy, design, implementation and automation, as well as production-readiness and documentation activities;

  • Developing with programming and scripting languages such as .Net C#, Java, Bash, Powershell, Bash, Python or Ruby;

  • Developing future state cloud blueprints for key systems along with a transition plan and a roadmap, prototype solutions as needed;

  • Integrating hybrid environments involving multi-cloud or on-prem/cloud setups;

  • Leading design, development and deployment of highly available/multi-regional environments for production workloads;

  • Possessing Infra configuration management skills using Chef, Puppet, Terraform or Cloudformation;

  • Operating a production environment at scale by utilizing AWS monitoring, logging and alerting capabilities;

  • Applying the AWS Well Architected framework to design and deliver best in class client workloads; and,

  • Utilizing windows, Linux system admin skills in a virtual environment using services such as AWS System manager or other equivalent products.
