Job Specific Duties
•Work with the Company financial applications and processes.
•Lead IT & Consulting Vendor invoices repository email box.
•Manage IT & Consulting Invoice approval workflow site.
•Lead IT & Consulting Month-end Subcontractor hours/cost processor.
•Work with PM and internal Accounts Payable team on payment and invoicing inquires/discrepancies.
•Assist with Quarterly/Annual audit requests.
•Work with the Project Manager (PM) to track and forecast financial performance on program including primary and subcontract commitment and expenditures to ensure conformance to budgetary limits.
•Support the PM in day-to-day business operations functions. This includes

Project Control activities (CPFF, T&M and FFP projects):
•Assist with Project Set-up (CIF form)
•Compile Workforce Authorization (PWA form)
•Subcontractor management: Labor Category and Cost Rates
•Review Accounting labor/ODC posting and adjustments
•Client and Vendor invoice reconciliation to job cost data
•Assist with program plan management
•Support the Project Manager and team with the preparation of presentations (such as QBRs), status reports, meeting minutes, program metrics, monthly and/or quarterly client deliverables, ad hoc customer reports, and various project documentation as needed.
•Assemble data for Program trends and forecasting.
•Assist in Month-end Close process: cost accruals and revenue adjustment.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years’ experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with any unidentified payment issues and with any other issues, questions, or problems regarding invoices. Prepare, process and deliver invoices and payments timely following generally accepted principles and approved company guidelines.
- Perform research into any payment objections and present them to leadership for determination of actionable steps.
- Perform research into any returned mail and ensure that any correspondence is resent timely.
- Prepare and validates financial reports.
- Prepare and reconcile daily cash receipts from payment vendor to general ledger and research any discrepancies.
- Perform refund approval, rejection and void process.
- Perform research for unidentified payments in order for payment to be applied to the correct account.
- Maintain all payment or other transaction records.
- Perform data entry and input for the lock box operation.
- Perform comparisons between data presented in various forms and input information into the accounting system.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Understand implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Communicate on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
