- Analyze product issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions that meet end user and client business requirements
- Develop deep expertise in existing solutions and product architecture
- Work collaboratively with design, development, and others to ensure understanding and to gain consensus in solution refinement and improvement
- Support control and process development and documentation to identify optimal process flows and mitigate execution risk
- Interface with Product in identifying and advancing business needs to enhance operational performance and effectiveness
- Proactively seek and implement process improvements, including analyzing data trends to identify opportunities through internal and external system/process enhancements
- Conduct and/or support testing activities, as appropriate (e.g., production testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, production validation, compliance with test scenarios)
- Identify financial, operational or compliance risks and establish controls to mitigate risks
- Support Operations Analysts in troubleshooting complex issues, as well as supporting with evening coverage
- Continuously cross-train to support other Business Analysts as needed
- Responsible for scheduled and ad hoc auditing of various systems and databases
- Assignment to special projects as needed, including cross-functional operation or project teams
- This role is Remote Nationwide

- 2+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Advanced technical skills including database/SQL queries, workflow analysis/definition and writing technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
- 1+ year of experience in Operations, Healthcare or Financial Services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work cross-functionally and conduct an analysis of a business need, including data investigation, root cause analysis

- Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000.
- The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
